At DonAlfonsoFarms, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your seed purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the following policy:

  • Return Window: Seeds may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Return Conditions:

    • Items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and unaltered in any way.

    • Any modifications, damage, or changes to the product will void eligibility for a return.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  • Restocking Fee:

    • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.

  • Refund Processing:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method.
